Our Wed Night  and possibly Thursday Room Block is sold out. Those seeking
Wed night lodging  will need to do the following:

1] The San Francisco Airport Marriott online reservation system, using
Group Code ptgptga (and after hours phone reservations as well), will not let
you book Wed through Sat (and possibly Thurs through Sat)  at our $96.00 Group
Rate. You can book Thurs (it might have to be Friday by now) through Sat at the Group Rate and we recommend you do so as soon as possible. In other words,
the reservation system (the after hours folks use the same system) is not able to
differentiate that a Wednesday or Thursday block is full but Friday and Saturday
are available. It just tells you that rooms are not available. If you reset the check
in date and the block is not full, you are allowed to proceed.
You can also try the Marriott Local number Phone: 1-650-692-9100 between
9::00am and 5:00pm and see what they can do.

2] We have secured a Wed night Room Block at the Clarion Hotel (3/10ths of a mile from the Marriott) at the same $96.00 Group Rate starting Jan 3rd. Rooms at this
rate should also be available for Thursday throught Saturday nights.

You will have to call the Clarion at: 650-777-7771, 9:00am-5:pm PST, for
reservations, specify Clarion at SF Airport, and use the Group Code PTG .
This Group rate will be available by Jan 3rd.
