Hands On Lab for PianoDisc Maintenance 3 Hours (2 periods)

In this class we will review the components that make up the PianoDisc system and how they operate. You will learn the skills required for calibration and adjustments of the PianoDisc and Opus 7 systems. Workstations will be setup for hands on training. Sign up early.

Bio: Mark Burgett

Mark Burgett has been a piano technician since 1981. He currently teaches PianoDisc systems installations as well as field technical support. Mark is instrumental in new product development and testing for both PianoDisc and Mason & Hamlin.

Bio: Michael Zarate, RPT

Michael Zarate is a technical support specialist and instructor for PianoDisc. He presently resides in Sacramento, CA. As an instructor he travels extensively teaching installations and service of PianoDisc systems. In addition to his teaching, his responsibilities at the factory include internal as well as external technical assistance.
