In this fast-paced class, Kent will discuss the most beneficial tone and action adjustments that maximize the performance dynamics of a grand plus tips and techniques to bring out the best in the Steinway grand piano.

Kent will discuss the current parts production and the recommended applications for maximizing repairs utilizing Steinway parts. Bio: Kent Webb

Kent Webb is the Manager of Service Administration for Steinway and Sons, New York. In his position at Steinway and Sons, Kent oversees the warranty and service of Steinway and Sons, Boston, and Essex pianos for North and South America. He also manages the parts department operation and other service related duties in the Customer Service Department. Kent Webb has been involved in the piano industry for over 20 years as a concert technician, re-builder, and manufacturer’s technical services manager.
