Bio: Kent Webb
Kent Webb is the Manager of Service Administration for Steinway and Sons,
New York. In his position at Steinway and Sons, Kent oversees the warranty
and service of Steinway and Sons, Boston, and Essex pianos for North and
South America. He also manages the parts department operation and other service
related duties in the Customer Service Department. Kent Webb has been involved
in the piano industry for over 20 years as a concert technician, re-builder,
and manufacturers technical services manager.
